What is included in the tour

✅Train tickets From Bhusawal to Haridwar and Back 3rd Ac Train Tickets -

✅Transportation by Private Vehicle from Rishikesh to Tugasi  (270 kms approx, 8-10 hrs drive, one side)
✅ Accommodation (3 sharing tent) separate for male and female participants | 2 sharing or couple tent on extra cost of ₹1000 Per person
✅ Cloak Room - Members can keep their extra luggage at base camp.
✅ Trek Meals (Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner from Base Village to Base Village eg. Tugasi to Joshimath). We provide simple, nutritious Veg food on all days of the trek.(Jain food also available but prior intimation is required)

❎Note - Food Expenses during Travelling journey from Jalgaon or respective cities to base village and return from base village are not covered

What is NOT included in the tour

❎ At the time of start of journey and in return journey the train will stop at Bhusaval Junction (Train Will not Halt at Jalgaon Junction). So the Cost of Transportation from Jalgaon to Bhusawal and Bhusaval to Jalgaon is not Included
We need to travel between Bhusawal to Jalgaon By Public Transportation, distance is approximately 25kms and time required is 40 mins
❎ Food expenses from Jalgaon /Dhule / Pune / Mumbai / Nasik to Tugasi base camp & Joshimath base camp to Jalgaon /Dhule / Pune / Mumbai / Nasik
❎Local Transport of any kind not inculded. (Tickets of Metro, Rickshaw, City Buses, Cab etc)
❎Intercity transportation cost i.e. Haridwar Railway Station to Rishikesh and Rishikesh to Haridwar railway station are not included. (Public Transportations are easily available)
❎Local Transportations in Rishikesh/ Haridwar/ Delhi 
❎ Backpack offloading charges, porter Charges for carrying luggage, cost of any type of coolie in whole Journey
❎ Any Personal Expenses
❎ Cost of Emergency (Any type of emergency eg. Medical Emergency or Natural Calamities or Manmade Emergency) The Insurance can be Claimed afterwards according to the respective insurance company's rules

Some FAQ's

1. FOOD MENU:
We provide Hygienic, Freshly cooked food throughout this trek with dedicated and
experienced cooking staff who will accompany us throughout this trek.
We have carefully curated the complete menu for this trek which will provide sufficient
nutrition and energy to complete this trek at ease.

2. Backpack Offloading:
If you’re unable to carry your backpack, don’t worry! We at Dream Trekkers and Tours offer
offloading services.
Members who wish to offload their backpack can utilize the offloading service on extra charges. Please note that if a member withdraws from the trek at any point, the charges will not be refunded.
Members need to confirm at least one week before their event date and will need to make
advance payment to avail the services.

3. It's recommended that those using this service, should bring a daypack (10 or 20 liters) for essentials like a lunchbox, water bottle, poncho, toiletries, and a jacket.

Things To Carry
  • Mandatory Documents

    Original and photocopy of government photo identity card- (Aadhar card)
    Medical Certificate (signed by a registered MBBS doctor)
    NOC form (signed by the participant)
    Two passport size photo

  • Wet Wipes and Paper Soap
  • Trekking shoes : Carry waterproof trekking shoes with good grip and ankle support. Do not carry sports shoes.
  • Three layers of warm clothes : Carry two or three-layer jackets, fleece jackets and a padded jacket.
  • Two/Three trek pants : Carry Quick dry material trek pants & one warm paded trouser. 
  • Denim/jeans and shorts are not suitable for trekking. (But Participant can wear Denim/Jeans and shorts in train Journey and in Rishikesh)
  • Three t-shirts (collared/dri-fit) : Full sleeved t-shirts that prevent sun burns on the neck and arms. Carry one or two dri-fit t-shirts.
  • Thermals : Carry thermals (top and bottom).
  • Sunglasses : Sunglasses are mandatory. Possibly there will be lot of snow on the trek and can cause snow blindness.
  • Cap : At high altitude, the sun is extra harsh so carry a cap to protect yourself.
  • Water proof hand gloves : Carry water proof gloves and avoid woollen gloves as they will get wet if you touch snow.
  • Socks (3-4 pairs) and a pair of woollen socks : Apart from two sports socks, you can take a pair of woollen socks for the night.
  • Headlamp/LED torch : Mandatory
  • Raincoat/Ponchos : At high altitudes, snowfall and rain are quite common and it’s mandatory to carry a poncho so that you don’t get wet. The trek will continue as planned even during rainfall. Your poncho should protect you from the rain. Carry a backpack cover for extra protection from rain for your belongings.
  • Day pack (20 liters): You will need this to carry water bottles, lunch boxes and personal medical kit in case you decide to offload your backpack.
  • Lunch box and water bottle : Every participant should have their personal lunch box and a water bottle [insulated type].
